Best damn General Tso made by an American! YUM!
I freakin’ love to cook interesting and challenging dishes. It usually takes me making a new recipe at least twice to really perfect the proportions, spices, and cooking times because I (of course) just have to tweak all recipes to my liking. I find it almost impossible to agree completely with any recipe I come across. This particular dish is a lot more gingery and spicy than the original calls for.
Shhh, don’t tell anyone but….
Sometimes I don’t even measure the ingredients! lol ;)
